Ingredients:
2 c. Milk (warm)
¼ c. Granulated Sugar
2 Tbsp. Water
1 tsp. Golden Syrup
½ Tbsp. Salted Butter
Marshmallows
Directions:
- In a medium frying pan, mix together granulated sugar, water, and golden syrup. Place on the stove top, and set the heat to medium-high. Do not stir the toffee mixture as it cooks.
- When the toffee turns dark amber brown, slowly pour in the warm milk. Carefully stir until all of the toffee has dissolved completely.
- Pour the hot butterbeer drink into your favorite mug. Top with salted butter and desired amount of marshmallows. Serve!
