Overnight Oats 4 ways

Glass jars with oats and fruit

Ingredients:

Overnight Oats Base:

2.5 c. Organic Rolled Oats

2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

4 c. Macadamia Milk (Unsweetened Vanilla)

½ Tbsp. Vanilla Paste

Chunky Monkey Oats:

1 c. Overnight Oats Base

½ of 1 Banana (diced)

½ Tbsp. Classic Monkfruit Sweetener

2 Tbsp. Lily's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

2 Tbsp. Walnut Butter

Strawberry Cheesecake Oats:

1 c. Overnight Oats Base

2 Fresh Strawberries (diced)

1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar

½ Tbsp. Classic Monkfruit Sweetener

2 Tbsp. Cream Cheese (room temp.)

Banana Fosters Oats:

1 c. Overnight Oats Base

½ of 1 Banana (sliced)

1 tsp. Golden Syrup

1 Tbsp. Light Brown Sugar

½ Tbsp. Classic Monkfruit Sweetener

1 tsp. Golden Monkfruit Sweetener

Chocolate Hazelnut Oats:

½ c. Organic Rolled Oats

1 tsp. Chia Seeds

1 c. Hazelnut Milk (unsweetened)

½ tsp. Vanilla Paste

½ Tbsp. Cocoa Powder

½ Tbsp. Walnut Butter

1 Tbsp. Classic Monkfruit Sweetener

Directions:

  1. Prepare the jars you will be using. You will need 8 - 10. We recycled old yogurt jars for this recipe. 
  2. In a large bowl, combine all of the Overnight Oats Base ingredients and stir very well. Be sure to stop when all ingredients are fully incorporated. 
  3. For the Chunky Monkey Oats and for the Hazelnut Oats: combine all of the ingredients and pour into the prepared jars. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator. 
  4. For the Strawberry Cheese Cake Oats: place the cream cheese into a large bowl. Pour in about a ¼ c. of the Overnight Oats Base. Whisk until the cream cheese in fully incorporated. In a small saucepan, combine diced strawberry and granulated sugar. Place onto a medium-high heat and occasionally stir and squish the strawberries for 5 minutes. Now, combine the rest of the base mixture, strawberry sauce and additional ingredients into the large bowl (with the cream cheese) and mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Pour the Strawberry Cheesecake Oats batter into the prepared jars. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator. 
  5. For the Banana Fosters Oats: In a large bowl, combine Overnight Oats Base and Classic Monkfruit Sugar. Mix until well combined. In a small saucepan, combine banana slices, light brown sugar and golden syrup. Cook on a medium-high heat for 5 minutes. The banana will be slightly softened. Pour the sweet banana mixture into the Banana Fosters Oat batter, and stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Pour the batter into the prepared jars. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator. 
  6. Leave all prepared overnight oats jars in the refrigerator overnight, or for a minimum of 2 hours. 
  7. Top with some fresh fruit, or leave as is, and serve.
